Adding items and bundles to your Crate, setting dates, adjusting quantities, and reviewing your selection before submitting
The Crate
The Crate is your holding area for items and bundles before you submit a rental inquiry. Add what you need, set your dates, and then send the inquiry to the rental business.
Opening the Crate
Click the Crate button (usually in the top navigation area of the catalog) to open the Crate panel. It shows everything you have added so far.
Adding items and bundles
Click Add to Crate on any item or bundle. The Crate count updates each time you add something.
If you have already selected dates, the system checks availability as you add items. Items that are not available for your dates may be blocked from adding.
Date groups in the Crate
The Crate can hold items for multiple date ranges at once. Each group of items has its own start and end date. This lets you inquire about equipment for two different events in the same submission.
To add a new date group, use the option in the Crate to add another group, then select dates and add items to that group.
Adjusting quantities
Each item in the Crate shows its quantity. Use the plus and minus controls to change how many units you need. The maximum is limited by what is available for your selected dates.
Removing items
Click the remove button next to any item in the Crate to take it out. You can also clear the entire Crate if you want to start over.
Ready to submit
When your Crate has everything you need and the dates are set, click Submit inquiry from inside the Crate panel. This takes you to the inquiry form where you enter your contact details.
