How to sign in to HotCrate and who can access your account
Account Access
Signing in
Go to hotcrate.app and click Sign in. Enter the email address and password you used when creating your account.
If you forget your password, use the Forgot password link on the sign-in page. You will receive a reset link at your registered email address.
Who can access your account
Only users who are part of your organization can access your inventory, rentals, and settings. Public visitors can browse your catalog but cannot see your internal data.
Changing your password
- Go to Settings in the sidebar.
- Scroll to the Account section.
- Click Change password and follow the prompts.
