Rate Card

The Rate Card is an opt-in extension that gives you a separate, dense gear list at its own URL. It is designed for customers who want to see your whole pricing menu at a glance - name, quantity, and starting price, in a compact format with no images or availability filters.

The Rate Card has its own link and QR code, independent of your main catalog.

Enabling the Rate Card

The Rate Card extension is available on Free and Pro. It is included in your account by default, but the public link is private until you turn it on.

1. Go to Settings in the sidebar.
2. Find the Rate Card section under Extensions.
3. Set the visibility to Public.
4. Copy the link or download the QR code.

Your Rate Card lives at:

hotcrate.app/u/your-slug/rate-card

If the Rate Card is set to Private, visitors who follow the link are redirected to your catalog (or to the HotCrate home page if your catalog is also private).

What the Rate Card shows

The Rate Card lists all your public items with their name, quantity, and daily rate. It does not show photos, availability, or the Crate. It is intended as a printable or shareable pricing reference.

QR code

The Rate Card settings panel includes a QR code that links to your Rate Card URL. You can download it as a PNG and print it for trade shows, studio walls, or rate sheets.
