Free vs Pro
HotCrate has two plans: Free and Pro. Both plans include core rental management, your public catalog, and the embed. Pro adds higher limits and additional features for growing businesses.

*If your catalog is bigger than 150 items, you may contact us with the sizing that you need.
Want More Than 150 Items?
Just ask us! Email support@hotcrate.app and we can bump the limits to where you need them.
Upgrading to Pro
Paid Pro plans are coming soon. HotCrate is currently invite only, and Pro is not yet available to purchase. The Upgrade page in Settings shows Pro as "coming soon" for now.

Downgrading from Pro
If you cancel Pro and revert to Free, your account keeps all of your data. Some things change:
- Items above the Free public and unlisted limits are not deleted but become inaccessible until you reduce your public or unlisted item count.
- Your custom accent color setting is kept in the database but your catalog reverts to the default accent until you upgrade again.
- Bundles remain in the database but are not visible in the catalog or embed until you upgrade again.
Managing your subscription
Go to Settings and click Manage subscription to update payment details, view invoices, or cancel. You are taken to the billing portal.
