My Day

My Day is your daily work surface. It shows everything you need to do today: gear going out, gear coming back, and what is already out in the field.

What you see

My Day organizes today's rentals into three groups:

• Going out today - rentals whose start date is today that are still awaiting pickup (pending, accepted, or prepped). Once you mark one picked up, it leaves this group and moves to What's out.
• Coming back today - rentals whose end date is today
• What's out - gear that is out in the field: rentals that have started (on or before today) and have not been returned yet, including ones you picked up earlier today

Rentals that appear in both "going out" and "coming back" (same-day rentals) are listed once under "going out" and not repeated in "coming back."

Taking action from My Day

Each rental card has quick-action buttons to advance the status without opening the full detail:

• Mark as prepped - gear is staged
• Mark as picked up - customer has the gear
• Mark as returned - gear is back

After marking a status, a toast notification confirms the change and offers an Undo button. Tapping Undo immediately reverts the status back to what it was before.

Adding a rental from My Day

You can create a manual rental directly from My Day using the Add Rental button in the top-right corner. This is useful for walk-in customers.
