Bundles
Group items into packages with a single daily rate for easy quoting
Bundles
Bundles let you group multiple items together into a named package with its own daily rate. When a customer rents a bundle, each item's quantity is drawn from your inventory exactly as if they had been booked individually.
Bundles are a Pro feature. On the Free plan, the Bundles section is hidden from inventory.

Bulk actions
To change several bundles at once, select them in the Bundles list using the row checkboxes, then click the Actions button in the toolbar. You can:
- Change Daily Rate - set the same daily rate on every selected bundle.
- Change Visibility - set all selected bundles to Public, Unlisted, or Private.
How bundle availability works
When someone books a bundle, HotCrate checks availability for every item in the bundle against your committed inventory (active rentals for the requested date range). If any item in the bundle is overbooked, the booking is blocked the same way as for individual items.
Bundles in Bundles
You cannot add bundles to bundles. That would be inception!
Bundles in the Add Rental flow
When building a rental manually, you can add both individual items and bundles to the same rental. Bundles appear alongside items in the catalog panel inside the Add Rental dialog.
