Why a rental inquiry submission is blocked and what to do about it

Can't Complete Inquiry

If submitting a rental inquiry is blocked with an error message, here are the most common causes and how to fix them.

Items are no longer available for those dates

Availability is checked at the moment you submit. If another customer submitted an inquiry for the same items and dates just before you did, the quantities available may have changed.

You will see a message like:

Only 2 of 'Sound System' available for those dates

To resolve this, adjust your quantities or select different rental dates and try submitting again.

Bot verification did not pass

The inquiry form includes a security check (Cloudflare Turnstile) that runs automatically in the background. If it fails, you may see a "bot verification failed" message.

Try:

  1. Refreshing the page.
  2. Rebuilding your Crate selection and submitting again.

Too many requests

If you have submitted multiple inquiries within a short window, you may see a "Too many requests. Please try again later." message. Wait a few minutes and then try again.
